    What you'll do

    Collaborate with experience designers, product owners, data analysts, and developers to design and deliver best of breed interaction design solutions

    Identify and translate user needs into solutions (digital and physical)

    Challenge established thinking and champion new ideas to stakeholders in the business

    Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the principles of interaction and atomic design

    Develop design solution documentation (user personas, experience maps, interactive/static wireframes, prototypes etc.) to support the design and execution of a range of products and product features

    Evolve and maintain our design systems

    Understands and clearly advocates for product business goals

    Ensure project success through discipline, efficiency, excellent communication, working to deadlines, and attention to detail

    Who are you?

    You have at least 6 years of experience designing at consumer-focused tech or media companies on multi-platform projects

    You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial flows / layouts / interactions

    You have a passion for emerging technologies and pride yourself on being up to date with the latest digital product design trends and practices

    You are a master of Sketch, and experienced with various prototyping tools - please include some examples in your portfolio

    You have up-to-date awareness with design thinking processes: discovery, ideation, sketching, prototyping

    We have two requirements based in South Oxford for two IT Analyst / Web Developers. These are for initial 4-6 month contract positions, with the possibility of converting to staff.

    Candidates need to be able to start within a two week notice period and can interview at short notice.

    You will join with a supportive existing IT teams to define, document, implement and support system existing changes & configurations. These role are a great opportunity for someone wanting to increase their commercial experience within development, for a reputable an innovative company . The company would like to hire one experienced person and one middle tier.

    Qualifications needed

    • Bachelor's degree in a computing systems/technology related field or equivalent experience.
    • Working knowledge of current web technologies, HTML5 and CSS3 in particular.
    • Working knowledge and use of SQL and is capable of retrieving and manipulating data.
    • Prior exposure to development tasks in a web-based environment,

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Work with IT teams and business Analysts to ensure configuration and integration solutions meet business needs and are in alignment with best practices integration strategies.
    • Identify roadblocks and work with Business Analyst to create development tickets.
    • Provide technical advice on client calls to support Business Analyst.
    • Document configuration environments for hand over to internal technical support teams to address questions and issues that arise post launch.
